Are Figure 22 and Fugure23 measured with LCM or not ?

The results are without the use of Common Mode choke. As seen in the schematic , LCM were shorted .

The design already pass most stringent CISPR 25 class 5 requirement without common mode choke . Why do you need data with CM choke .
