My customer asked how much is the variation of Iss. Do you have the data?

If you do not have exactly data, could you give me any approximate value or reference value?

What's the meaning of the Iss? The Soft-start current?
For the Iss (soft-start), the current is -3 uA. You can see it in the DS

Hi Vental,

Yes. I meant soft start current.
However what I would like to know is the variation of the current. (min and max)
On DS, that is only typical value.

From the ATE data, the min=2.7uA, Max=3.58uA at 25 Deg C.
