TPS2376-H DC/DC Converter

Currently I using TPS2376-H to design a PoE in to my system. I just wonder is there any dc/dc converter IC which can use in this design for converting output voltage to 12V?

A controller such as the UCC3809D2 can be used with TPS2376-H. You can view a 5V output circuit using TPS2376-H and UCC3809D2 on the web (http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tps2376hevm.html

Alternatively, if you want an IEEE 802.3at compliant PD and DC-DC controller take a look at TPS23754. A 12V output EVM exists for this device (http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tps23754evm-383.html
