WEBENCH® Tools/TLV62569: TLV62569PDRL request for Webench design support.

It's a pleasure to support you. In Webench you can find the simulation model for the TLV62569DBV, which electrically has the same behaviour as the TLV62569PDRL, except for the Power good function. However, thermal behaviour is different for the two package versions

From the link www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware you could download the PSpice model TLV62569P which includes the PG function.

Is the Webench simulation of TLV62569PDRL is strictly needed for your design, and for which specific purpose ?

Thanks for your response.

I had been simulated with TLV62569DBV in Webench, but while opening the design in webench for 30°C Ambient temp, i can see a error popping up with Junction temperature is too high. Why it so? Even at 30°C ambient Junction is getting heated at 128.76238°C . Kindly clarify on this.
