Here is the VFB_REG data in 3 sigma:
2.1 -> Min: 2.0914 V, Max: 2.10555 V
2.05 -> Min: 2.0421 V, Max: 2.0560 V
2.025 -> Min: 2.0171 V, Max: 2.0310 V

For IVFB, there are a few modes where we measure this leakage current, this data is 6 sigma:
Charge Enable -> Typ: 0.3555 nA, Max: 7.8769 nA
Charge Disable -> Typ: 0.2843 nA, Max: 9.9680 nA
Fast Charging -> Typ: 0.2483 nA, Max: 7.2737 nA
Sleep -> Typ: 0.1755 nA, Max: 3.3159 nA

The temperature range is from -40C to 125C and 30 units were tested during full characterization.
