BQ28Z610: The question of the maximum capacity of the battery pack;

Hi. I want to use bq28z610 in my battery pack. Total capacity my battery is 9000mAh

But in datasheet specified capasity is 4000mAh.

This is maximum capasity or just for an example? Can I use this IC for my project and and will it fully charge the battery?
