this equation is the total Power over the TLC5973,
I need absolute max rating value for power over TLC5973
I mean the failure point of TLC5973, at wich mW will the TLC5973 fail?

We don't have such kind of data since even the same power will result in different thermal performance for different PCB circuit.

I suggest you use the equation to estimate the total power dissipation and refer to the following table to calculate the IC temperature:

I m trying to keep safe limit for all electroninc components below %80 of the nominal power,
for example for a 250mW resistor, I design circuit so that working power dissipation below %80*250 = 200 mW

in case of TLC5973 IC, power dissipation over IC in my working circuit will be 0.415 Wat
( supply voltage = 24V, 18 LEDs, 6 LEDs series per OUTn, V LED=3V, I LED=20mA , PD=5.5*0.01+6*0.02*3 )

I have no experience about °C/W !

would you please help me how to interprete 0.415W of my design according to the thermal Information table ?

PDmax = (TJmax-Ta)/θJA

for TLC5973:
TJmax = 125
Ta = 85
θJA = 134.6
PDmax = (125-85)/134.6 = 0.297 = 297mW

is the following interpretation true?

"maximum allowable power dissipation for TLC5973 is 297mW at 85°C air and 125°C case"
