BQ51020: Trouble shooting，A small number of our RX product no output，how to test and help find the problem?

Hi Dears，

RX is connect with TX to test，we cant give a stable input sourse, and as I known, the pin of RX which may has not much meannings to test. I dont kown how to find the problem.

below is capture a instant screenshots，the video changes cant see a Waveform. the V of the PIN just Vrect has about 0.6V，the others nearly with Zero

I konw a《bqTESLA Wireless Power TX Trouble shooting Guide》,but no find a RX one. THANKS!

I think you are seeing the analog / digital ping in the video. The RX needs to reply for the TX to start power transfer.
Look at voltage at V-RECT, you should see it exceed UVLO of about 2.7V then the RX will reply to the TX. Ref slide 6 of the TX troubleshooting guide.

Thanks！very good answer. We want to check the IC，so we re-weld it by hand，but RECT was connect with OUT，and TERM with CM_ILIM（these two PINs we dont used），will it OK for checking the IC？
