BQ78350-R1: Enable EDV Compensation

Part Number: BQ78350-R1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: GPCCEDV

Hi,

I have problems to enable the EDV Compensation. The SOC is always 0% when reaching 3.000V cell voltage or even at higher cell voltages no matter whats the current() or temp(). The SOC curve looks smooth without major steps at 7% or 3%. I expect to get a way lower EDV0 at high loads. But as I sad EDV0 is fixed at around 3.000V cell voltage.I did the GPC to get proper CEDV coefficients for my specific battery (8S1P LG HE4) and wrote them to flash.

Can you please help me, Iam struggling at this point.

My settings are:

EDV_CMP = 1

FIXED_EDV0 = 0

Overload Current = 15000
