WEBENCH® Tools/TPS565201: WEBENCH® Tools/TPS565201

Part Number: TPS565201

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I did a webench design for TPS565201. Vin=12V, Vo=5V/5A, at 25 °C. Here share the design, you can click and enter: https://webench.ti.com/appinfo/webench/scripts/SD2.cgi?ID=201372::power::gavin-wang@ti.com

In the design operating values, we can see the junction temperature Tj= 90.6C, you can see the image below.

But when I did a thermal  simulation, it shows as follows. We can see the temperature of IC-die and IC-top are both 105C. Does it make sense? IC-die temperature should be junction temperature and it does't match the former value Tj= 90.6C. Also IC-die temperature should be bigger than IC-top. They shouldn't be equal. Thanks.
