TPS61220: Webench interface is given error while using TPS61220 boost converter.

Hi,

I am planning to use TPS61220 to boost the voltage from 1.2V to 3.3V from single cell NiMH battery. I am using  WEBENCH® Designer interface but, but error is coming, which is "design cannot be created with this device", error pics attached below. 

Vin should be from 0.7 V to 1.2V 

Output current should be at least 150 mA

Any help to get around this problem will be appreciated.
