LMR14030-Q1: ESD protection diode

There is usually an ESD diode from VIN to GND. I am not sure if we have the V-I characteristics for this device.
I will try to find the correcct person to ask.

Vin pin of course has equivalent ESD cell to GND, how does its V-I characteris affect ctm's application? can we talk it in email as it's related to IC internal design? my email add is andy.chen@ti.com

Hi, Sorry for delayed reply. Their board has the reverse protection circuit. Please refer to below figure. When reverse voltage is occurred, the current flows through the reverse protection diode, then Fuse 1 will blow. *(1)
But if the Vf of internal ESD protection diode is lower than external diode, the current flows through the IC, then Fuse 2 will be blow. *(2)
They want to avoid this phenomenon. We understood there is no characteristics. But if you could provide the typical value of Vf, that will really help us.
