TPS65279V: VOUT start up time too slow

Part Number: TPS65279V

Hi,

We found both VOUT1 and VOUT2 ramped up very slow, slew rate is set to 000 in SW. according to datasheet, TON should be on ns level, but we measured it takes more than 600ms to ramp up to stable voltage.

configuration and test condition: VOUT is configured by outside FB resistors at start up, VOUT2 expected voltage is set to 1.8V by default.. EN is tied to VIN.

the question is : When 12V is power on, we observed VOUT2 firstly jumped to around 0.68V and then ramp up slowly to configured 1.8V, it takes more than 100ms to get stable 1.8V output on VOUT. is that a normal case ? our expectation is VOUT to be stable 1.8V within 25ms after 12V is powered on.
