TPS53515: Power Up sequence

I have a question about power up sequence between VIN and VDD and EN.

When I see the power up sequence(Figure 33) at the datasheet, I can see the sequence of VDD and VREG. However there are no power up sequence between VIN and VDD and EN.

Also the VIN and VDD and EN are defined individually at the electrical characteristics.

Is there any sequence between VIN and VDD and EN?

It doesn’t matter whether VDD or VIN come first as long as the ENABEL come last, the device should work.

I understood.
On the other hands, how is the VIN and VDD?
Is it possible to come VDD up first before VIN? (except EN)
