I understand that Typical value of Thermal shutdown is 165℃.

However, our customer would like to know the min and max value of Thermal shutdown.

Could you please let us know those values if you have any information?

Hi Kanemaru,

The Thermal shutdown specification is not test so there are not any derived min and max values for the Thermal shutdown. The typical value is 165C with 25 of hysteresis.
