dear TI:
we use DC2DC LMR14030-Q1 in our project，spurious and clk harmonic is very big.
I find the spurious is small when the load is very low
but the spurious is very big when the current above 1A.
The spurious occurs in the frequency range of 30~300M.
in addition，clk and it‘s harmonic in also big.
What can I do to reduce EMI except adding shields？

the strongest noise is 477k(clk）and it's harmonic，477kHz noise is noimprovement using R1=3Ω, C17=680pF.

Some advice from my side:
1. Put D3 close to SW pin and GND, this is the critical loop for EMI performance. In your layout, it is too far.
2. Make sure the high frequency cap such as C6, C5, C4 close to Vin pin and GND. This is also the critical loop for EMI performance. I saw your layout, you put them on the back.You'd better put them on the same side with IC.
3.You can connect thermal pad to GND to help with thermal performance.

If you focus on improving the 477kHZ noise and it's harmonic, the efficient way is using the filter shown as follows: adding inductor Lin such as 7440660022+adding Cin3 and Cin4.
