LM5050-2: Leakage current issue

Dears,

In the LM5050-1 specification, the problem of leakage current is described in detail, but it is rarely described in LM5050-2. I worry that LM5050-2 also has the same problem as LM5050-1 when IN is floating and bias is applied to OUT.

Please help to clarify the leakage current of LM5050-2.

Hi Gary,
LM5050-2 does not have the problem of leakage when IN pin is floated.
Because LM5050-2 charge pump runs on IN only.
In LM5050-1 , charge pump can run on either IN or Vs and this leads to the leakage issue in LM5050-1.
