LM3478: LM3478 Design, MOSFET Overheating

Hi, we have a new PCB design, which uses LM3478.

My requirement is, 10-30V input, and regulated 12V-2A output.

We applied the webench design to a test circuit shown in below picture:

Also, I attached one table, which shows the input and output voltages, output current and Mosfet (Q27) temperature. As you see, mosfet reaches 95 degree celcius.

My questions:

1) Is these temperatures normal?

2) Do we need some optimisations in the circuit to improve efficiency, and reduce overheating?

3) Do we need to use a heatsink on the Mosfet? What kind of heatsink (material, size) is needed?
