TINA/Spice/LM74670-Q1: PFET vs Smart Diode Reverse-polarity protection

Part Number: LM74670-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I want to point out the advantages of a n-FET + Smart Diode Controller over p-FET configuration as pointed out in this article:

Using Tina TI for simulating before testing the most important Con for the p-FET: negative voltage during Dynamic Reverse Polarity is not 'happening'.

I am out of ideas so any help is welcome.
