1. We set up the device and tried to read the data via I2C bus, we do get some data like Voltage, InternalTemp, RawVoltage, RawIntTemp.
However some data looks strange, for instance Temperature value is keep a constant all the time.
And some data is missing, for instance: Current, Power, AccumulatedCharge, LastAccumulatedCharge, LastAccumulatedTime, ....
Does your product really support these missing data reading?
2. Is SW I2C Master Control Panel available to download? Any HW device attached to this SW?
