Hi There:

our customer is checking the error code meaning about BQ20Z75-180.

For the Battery status low byte, it shows: 0xc8.

Customer would like to know the meaning of this error code represent

For EC3 to EC0 , it would be 1,0,0,0.

Could you help to recommend this meaning?

Have you checked the TRM for those bits, their definitions and what they represent?

Hi Onyx:

The definitions in the TRM I could find is only write about to 0,1,1,1 unknown Error (EC3~EC0). *From document SLUU310

Is there any way will return 1,0,0,0 (EC3~EC0)?

Hi ,
That could likely be your host writing inadvertently to that register or ESD causing that to occur. Given it isn't defined, it is unsupported.
