TPS53515: EN sequence

I have simple question.

What happen if EN come up before VIN and VDD?
(Is there any impact to be broken?)

I think EN voltage does not related to VIN or VDD. (refered Absolute maximum voltage ratings.)
Is there any concern to impact the operation?

John had answered that VIN and VDD should come up first before EN.
However my question is what happen if the EN come up first before VIN and VDD. (Is there any damage to device? or Is there any impact to the operation?)

Hi Koji-san,

I would think that there could be parasitics that could be turned on by applying EN pin first compared all the power elements VIN and VDD. Therefore prolonged operation could ended up damaging the part. Based on other datasheet that i know, we limit EN max to VIN+0.3.

Therefore based on this, i would say it is better to keep the EN low before VIN or VDD is applied.
