BQ40Z60: BQ40Z60

Hi,

Does the BQ40Z60 Programmable Battery Management Unit use the 'Next-Generation patented Impedance Track Technology' like the BQ40Z50-R2?

The BQ40Z60 data sheet talks about Fuel Gauging:

-High res 16-Bit Integrator for Coulomb Counting,

-16 Bit ADC for Precision V,I and T

but the BQ40Z60 data sheet does not explicity say 'Next-Generation patented Impedance Track Technology'

so, is the BQ40Z50-R2 more upto date?
