I have used the LM25011 in 4 previous designs and have found it to be very good - no failures - but in a recent design found I was getting a lot of failures - input permanently short to output and to 0V! Took a lot of time to track down the problem but occasionally the Bluetooth and Wifi signal would "fire" (roughly 2.4GHz) and this coupled to the aluminium case, with the return current 0V plane being very close to directly underneath the LM25011. Changing the return current path (painful on built PCBs) solved the problem. Strongly suggest LM25011 designs use a ground island with one link and the desire for good heat-sinking is less important than protecting the device from RF.
