LM74700-Q1: LM74700-Q1 FET selection method

I'd like to know how to select external Nch FET for LM74700.

Their worst condition is to supply 120V for 0.2sec and 10times a mimute. which parameter should we take care?

Hi Shinji,

Could you let us know the nominal operating voltage and also the application where this is used.

Do you have any negative transients at the input in the application?
