LM3488: Needs to DC-DC Solution.(VIN 5~24V, VOUT 250V, 50mA)

Please take a look at PMP10077. This is a high voltage non-isolated boost converter designed with the LM3478. The LM3478 is very close to the LM3488.

If you need an isolated solution please follow this design guide aid in creating a flyback converter.
