Two conditions for your mentioned recover overcurrent protection operation:
1. If UVP, recover overcurrent protection. The device finishes hiccup and does soft start again.
2. If not UVP, recover overcurrent protection. The device works according to the new load condition until it never hits low side current limit.

When overcurrent protection operates, Low-side FET is off until current drops below threshold of overcurrent protection.

I understood with the above contents.
