dear TI guys，
my customer use bq24072 occur the following issue：
follow the typical application of the datasheet，my customer design a circuit board，when the vin =5v，the EN2=high，EN1=low，the Iin current is about 20mA, the device seems not to work。
i check the OVP，UVLO and output limited current，they are all ok。but when i test the voltage of the TS pin by the multimeter ，the device begin to charge ，when i take away the probe，the device return the befor status（cant charge）。the application schematic as below ，
can you tell me why occur such case and how should i resolve the issue？
