Dear sir:

I used the BQ27421-G1B to detect battery in our smart loudspeaker box, battery parameter is nominal voltage 3.7V ,charger voltage :4.23V, empty voltage 3.0V,engery capacity :2600mAh;

Now I want to get parameters about BQ27421 with battery self learning Cycle, all oprations on the basis of SLUUA63A;Experiments are as follows,hardware components: the bq27421-G1B  EVM circuit module, the EV2400 PC interface board, and the PC tool BQstudio; connect the bq27421 circuit module to the cells and system load/charger, write all the battery parameter in  data Memory and parameter Q&A, Calibrate the EVM  board , where finish the whole operation,  the parameter Qmax cell 0 and Update status is not updated in BQstudio setting data Memory.

Please help me to analyze any other settings have been missed? How to use the EVM board to get mass production battery data?

    Did you check to see if the hardcoded chem id is a match for your battery? You need to run the test described in the tool gpcchem to determine if you battery is a close match  for any of the  default chem ids on the chip.

    For mass production, you can use the gmfs file which your should have the ability to load on the gauge if power is ccyled.
