Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Hi, everyone.
As designing TPS53515 for 1.2V - DDR4 memory power, the voltage drop issue happened.
Vin range is 1.5 to 18V and Vdd range is 4.5 to 25V in the datasheet, but can not input 3.3V
to Vin tab in WEBENCH tools because of the different voltage range, 4.5 to 18V.
Why two conditions are different? Which one is corret for Vin range?
I'm thinking that Vin=3.3V design might make some trouble of Vdd voltage drop on
unexpected conditions.
