my customer wants to check following:
They have connected a chemical fuse on pin33, as depicted in the DS. They measure 132mV which translates into 490nA leakage. This is not stated in the DS so they ask following:
- is 490nA typical?
- how dependent is this at higher temperatures, or what can be expected.
