Hi,

I got an issue regarding bq40z50-r2 .srec file programming.

On circuit board, the original device is bq40z50-r1, after I programmed it with my customer's r2 based golen .srec file, no matter how, I cannot get CHG/DSG bit set(turn on FETs). During this time, there is no any safety or PF flag set, all cell voltage reading, temperature reading are proper, but just no matter how, no matter what command like RESET, FET ENBLE, etc. I sent, I could not get FET on. I changed the device to brand new one, I did this on two boards,I changed to another computer,I installed different version bqstudio software, but all efforts did work. If I programmed with my old version (r1) .srec file, there is no any issue, both CHG/DSG FET can be on.

My customer's r2 version based .srec file working in their side, no any issue.

Could you please help to let me know why this happening and how to solve the issue?
