Searching ~4V High Side Switch with UVLO of 1.8V

Looking for a high side switch which can feed a ULP MCU (like CC1350) from a 100uF capacitor at ~4-5V and having an UVLO of 1.8V. I was thinking of something like TPS27S100. Please suggest.

    Hello,

    The high side switches UVLO are above 3V.

    Hi,

    I am looking for a capacitor power path controller which basically turns on a low power MCU for a short while till capacitor hits some low threshold. I tried using high side switches (N-type mosfets), but they have ~1uA quiescent current and they drain capacitor without even turning the output ON.


    I have ~4-5V available across a capacitor (every few seconds) from a weak energy source [transducer] and I want to use this to run a sensing application.

    Something like a ULP load switch TPS22860 is what I am looking for but with a higher Vbias of 3V.
