TPS24751: Device breaks before reaching the value of the maximum programmed current

Thanks. I resolved the problem.

I have other problem now. I changed the current limit value to 5A. For this i changed the RPROG = 30K and Rsense = 5m; 
Others resistors values are kept. The problem is that TPS are cutting at 2.5A and VIMON gets 0.675V but why?? With calculations shouldn't be at 2.5A..

I'm using a variable resistive load. I can't have the waveforms of Gate because isn't connected.

I tested to change the Overvoltage and Undervoltage by changing the R2 and R1 like in document and i tps cuts but when i make  a short circuit, seems to have smoke. So, it means that at 5V don't protects to short circuit. Picture is with overcurrent, not short circuit.
