I have a simple question.

The thermal pad is connected with the internal ground?

In the pin function table, it is shown as G mark at TYPE of column. Does "G" mean it is connected to ground internally?

Yes, it is both a ground and thermal connection.

Hi

thermal pad is not connected to die ground internally, so the pad must be well soldered to circuit ground plane.

Does it mean the thermal pad is floating internally?

I already answered to our customer that the thermal pad is connected to ground internally. So that, I need to correct the answer.

Please let me know more detail about the thermal pad connection.
