I am in need of the battery chemistry for two new (?) Samsung cells. When I use the Chemistry Selection tool in the bqEval software, I can only find 3 Samsung cells listed. I need to update so I can find the following cells:

INR18650-29E (2750mAh capacity)

INR18650-35E (3400mAh capacity)

What is the procedure for updating the ChemID in this tool?

Hi George,

I am also looking for the closest Chem ID to INR18650-29E and was curious if you had a chance to run the GPCCHEM tool to find the closest match. Do you mind sharing the Chem ID?

I was able to find what looks like the correct ID in the latest update. Chem ID 2019 is listed under SDI instead of Samsung, but it appears to be the right part number and capacity.

Under the same manufacturer listing I found ID 2162 for the INR18650-35E (3400mAh) cells.

I will try these when I get the packs in from our manufacturing dept.
