LM5575: LM5575 gate waveform question

LM5575 is an integrated FET device. There is no gate drive signal. From your waveforms, I am guess ing your real concern is possible instability of the SW node waveform, correct?

I do not directly support LM5575, but many of our staff are on holiday. I can make some general comments. to begin with, I would not usually design with that low of output capacitance. But for your design, the compensation is not stable. The design tool sugests a minimum output inductance of 60 uH. 47 uH is probably close enough. For your present design, try changing;

C915 = 600 pF (560 pF is probably close enough)
C914 = 150 nF
R904 = 866 ohm
