BQ25120A: BQ25120AYFPR SYS output issue.

Hello,

I have designed with PMIC BQ25120AYFPR. When i use power supply with +5V_VIN every be ok, but if only battery present the SYS output 0V (default 1V8).

I have isolated I/O and I2C interface with MCU. Refer to schematic and waveform

CH1: PMID

CH3: INT

CH4: SW

The battery voltage is 3.9V.

Duoc,

from the plot you are showing, PMID is not even high. Can you plot VBAT and PMID?

Also can you toggle the /MR low and high to see if the part went to Ship Mode?

Thank for your reply.
The part had gone to shipmode ( toggle the /MR low and high the part activated )
But how can it happen when the /CD is pulling low?
