My custoner is using tlv1117ADJ. 12V->5V. The schematic is as follow.

If add more large value capitor, it will be ok. if it have relationship with ESR? If yes, how to caculate the value of ESR?

I am unable to see the images that you posted. Please follow the instructions here when inserting an image:
As mentioned in the datasheet, TLV1117 is designed for tantalum and aluminum electrolytic capacitors with an ESR between 0.2 Ω and 10 Ω
If you lookup the ESR for your selected capacitor(s), the lowest point of the ESR graph should be used. Keep in mind that paralleling capacitors will decrease the ESR for the system.
