BQ34Z100EVM: Not detected by Battery Management Studio

Hello,

I am using the BQ34Z100EVM with Battery Management Studio 1.3.79. I would like to create a golden file to a specific battery : NiMH VHT-F with 12 cells in series (ARTS ENERGY). But bqStudio doesn't detect BQ34Z100EVM and the I2C Connection. It just detect the EV2300 (version 3.1.c) :

I checked the EVM Connections in the User Guide sluu904 and it seems good. I have 14.64V between Bat+ and Bat-.

When I run the Batttery Management Studio, it doesn't detect anything so I choose : 0100_0_16_bq34z100G1.bqz then I program the gauge : Programming -> Browse -> bq34z100_G1_v0_16_build_17.srec -> Program but nothing happened : "No acknowledge from device".

Any idea to fix this problem ?
