What's the quiescent current when BQ24770 in charge inhibit?

My purpose is to make the charger Iq lower than 1mA.

How to make device work at Iq= 650uA?

bq24770 is a NVDC charger. When BQ24770 is in charge inhibit, the converter still needs to maintain operation to keep VSYS.
If we want to get 650uA Iq, we can enable learn mode that can stop switching.
