Does TPS62740 have Thermal Shutdown?

There is no description in a data seat about thremal protection.

No, this device does not have thermal shutdown. It is very low power and efficient.

Do you plan to develop a product with a thermal protection in ultra-low Iq DC/DC series?

No, this one doesn't either. Why do you want over-temperature protection?

It is an extra circuit which consumes current. This is the opposite of what you need for an ultra-low Iq device.

An input source can be sometimes an AC supply.
Therefore thermal protection is necessary for an abnormal test.
Is what kind of input source assumed?

Thanks for this detail, but it is unclear how an AC source might cause the TPS6274x to exceed its rated temperature. If the AC source (or anything) damages the IC, we cannot rely on its protections functions to work normally.

At just a few hundred mA of output current, the self-temperature rise is very low. So, they should not get too hot. The QFN package with exposed thermal is also very good at removing heat.

The ultra-low Iq is designed to work with batteries which should last many months/years in standby operation. If you do not need such low Iq, please look at TPS62821 for low Vin and TPS62125 for mid-Vin. These have thermal shutdown.
