My customer is designing an automotive system. Recently, 48V battery will be mounted
on the vehicle following the trend in Europe.
They would like to put the circuit breaker with NFET between 48V battery power source
and load. So that, 100V Input voltage robustness is required on the FET gate driver IC.
I suppose LM5069 will be suitable for such application, but no AEC-Q100 product.
Please let me know you have a plan for LM5069 AEC-Q100 qualification or not.
