Problem:
According to datasheet rev C, page 1, see Figure 1 (typical application).
While being in a disabled condition (CTRL = low) and the converter is not being powered, will this design tolerate that the cathode of D1 is connected to 24V from external circuitry, meaning that the voltage at the FB pin is approx. 0.6V for long-term operation.
NOTE: The TPS61170 is not being powered for this long-term operation.
