BQ78350-R1: Auto Shutdown still activated, although AUTO_SHIP_EN = 0

Hi there, 

i used the battery management studio in combination with the EV2400 tool to program my completely unsealed smart battery. I set the AUTO_SHIP_EN to 0 in the BQ78350-R1 registers. Although i did this, the battery still goes to the shut down mode after a while. It is fully charged, so its not a voltage based shut down.

I can recognize the auto shut down, since the LEDs of the fuel gauge dont work anymore (referring to the technical reference at 13.1.2 they only do not work in shut down mode).

When i read the flash from the chip with your software tool, it states that the bit AUTO_SHIP_EN is set to zero (red marked).

Did i miss something? How do i get rid of this auto shipment mode.
