I am looking for single cell 18650 LiFePO4 cell protection and gas gauging IC.
The protection features required are
1. Over charge
2. Over discharge
3. Over temperature
4. Short circuit
5. Over voltage
Our charge and discharge currents are < 500mA
Do you have a product that will suit this requirement.
Kindly suggest a Protection and Gas gauge IC
Also suggest a Charger IC
The input to Charger IC is
12V to 19V
