BQ25700A: BQ25700 Charging Mechanism

Hi,
       We are planning to use either BQ24780 or BQ25700 to charge our smart battery pack.In the view of comparison BQ25700 ICs are better than BQ24780.
But few information are missing in datasheet of BQ25700
1. Purpose of Integrated ADC in BQ25700.
2. How Thermal Shutdown (TSHUT) feature of BQ25700 differs from BQ24780 battery temperature sensing?
3. Smart battery pin outs are SMCLK,SMDATA,B+,B- & Thermistor. Can we share host controller's SMBUS interface to smart battery pin out to know the fuel gauge sensing and life of battery?
4.We are using 4S-2P li-ion smart battery pack(16.5V,5.5Amps).Will BQ25700 suitable for the battery spec?

    1. Some customers want to read out those analog signal value for their control.
    2. bq25700A and bq24780S both don't have the battery temperature sensing. The thermal shutdown is for the charger IC.
    3. On one SMBus, you can put several SMBus devices, such as: bq25700A charger, fuel gauge IC...
    4. bq25700A can charge 4S-2p Li-ion battery.
