My question is regarding the below section of the application circuit notes for the device. If I connect V3P3 as the diagram suggests won't I get the PACK+ voltage at V3P3, not the desired 3.3V regulated? I'm confused as to why the input BAT, output VCTL and output V3P3 would all be connected together and somehow get 3.3V out. I must be missing something please advise.
