BQ20Z95: bq20z95 battery SOC reset to zero，under - 40 ℃ low temperature - discharging

        bq20z95 consisting of four series of lithium ion battery pack，battery SOC reset to zero，under  - 40 ℃ low temperature - discharging；

        1.Can we through the bq Evalution Software with configuration parameters to solve the low temperature soc reset?

        2.If not，how we can do to solve it？

        3. Are there documentations for bq20z95 cell model under low temperature?
