Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS563208, TPS565201, TPS564201, TPS562201
Hello experts,
We have used TPS563201 successfully in our design first run and now we need to produce some more boards till the end of this year, but we have no spare TPS563201 units and all distributors are out of stock (mouser/ digikey/ farnell/ etc.). More units will be available only in February. The same goes for the TPS563208 which could be used as a replacement.
I wonder if the similar parts (TPS562201, TPS564201 and TPS565201) are pin-to-pin compatible with the TPS563201 and can be used with the same passive components around? I've compared all datasheets and apparently only Rdson is different, so if we use load < 2A than any of them would work, right?
